Our client is an ambitious and fast growing company within the food and drink B2B industry that are looking for a competitive field sales executive to own and develop mostly existing and some new business opportunities. The role requires a self starter who can analyse the marketplace and build and maintain relationships over the long term. The successful salesperson will source close sales to achieve quotas and play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing key relationships.
Working closely with the sales team to nurture business opportunities
Developing existing customers and looking for new opportunities
Analysing current marketplace and feeding back important market and competitive information.
Planning, executing, and managing sales strategies
Responding to customer enquiries
Requirements for the role:
Strong communication skills
Food/fmcg industry background
In depth understanding of sales principles
Project management experience
Proven sales experience
