If you are a CRM and Customer Marketing expert looking to join an award-winning travel Group at an exciting time of growth this could be your role. This new Global Head of CRM position has been created to drive and implement a single customer view Marketing strategy. Requiring experience in automated and triggered 121 marketing activity across direct mail, email and brochures. This is a great opportunity to be part of a Centre of Excellence across the business. This role is in high demand and therefore a quick application is encouraged.
- Lead transformation from manual mass campaign-based marketing activity to targeted individual, triggered and automated activity based on data and insight.
- Project manage the delivery of the single customer view.
- Work with the wider marketing team to produce communication that supports the strategy for retention and customers within the loyalty scheme.
- Lead and develop a small team of email and direct mail specialists that is expected to grow.
Kills and experience required
- Extensive CRM systems experience and Customer direct Marketing.
- Experience with loyalty scheme communications.
- Passionate about data and insight to support strategy decisions.
- Great stakeholder engagement and able to drive change through effective delivery and understanding.
- A positive attitude with energy and enthusiasm and encouragement to grow an effective team to deliver results.
- A passion for travel always helps.
