My client is a luxury high profile home interior brand, is in an exciting period of change with a new customer focused direction. As the Head of Brand & Communications you will be responsible for the delivery of a new brand and communications strategy and help shape the overall creative direction for the business. This will require a review and renovation of the current marketing communications.
Responsibilities
- Understand the customer segments to ensure our content is tailored appropriately
- Review all current communications and marketing material
- Articulate and lead the transformation of the new Creative
- Lead the development of a new comms strategy including brand guidelines, TV ads, full photoshoots and complete range of marketing collateral
- Create an advanced plan of creative themes and campaigns that can be planned in and used across all marketing channels
- Manage the creative budget and the creative agencies to help deliver objectives
- Deliver a suite of photography that is appropriate for the target audience
- Define the brand experience at every stage in the customer journey from awareness, purchase and renewal through to cancellation
- Work closely with other teams to ensure the brand messaging is delivered across each touchpoint in the customer journey.
Experience and Skills Required
- Proven experience of developing brand strategy and creating a communications strategies
- Lead generation business and/or Direct response marketing experience preferred
- Digital Creative experience
- Managing photography shoots
- Managing multiple agencies
- Strong leadership skills, ability to inspire teams, and individuals
- Strong advocate of customers
