Our client is a software and global information provider based in Kingston Upon Thames. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a great team within a forward thinking and market leading organisation.

They are looking for a Head of Marketing who will manage an established team of 6 and work with the senior leadership in both a strategic and operational capacity for the UK marketing. The ideal candidate must have experience within professional services.

The Role:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategy to deliver improvement activities and campaigns and manage the marketing budget
  • Build and develop team to implement driving the marketing agenda
  • Work with the senior leadership team, contributing to strategy and company growth plan
  • Design and implement effective marketing and brand strategies to build awareness of products and promotions
  • Collaborate across the business unit but also across the UK business and European team to ensure a consistent approach to marketing
  • To devise and deliver marketing plans and tools which maximise UK business opportunities
  • Devise and manage a marketing budget in line with the finance guidelines
  • Attend relevant meetings and provide input into people and commercial discussions
  • Develop the online presence, external communications and internal communications
  • Report and analyse on marketing activity, provide competitor analysis and trends

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working at a senior marketing level in a fast paced B2B environment
  • Experience managing, leading and developing a team
  • The ideal candidate must have experience within professional services
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications or related field
  • Broad marketing skills including lead generation, wed, digital and events
  • Experience within a complex matrix environment.
  • Proven strong project management skills
