We are currently recruiting for a professional services company with an award winning marketing team in Luton.
The role is varied and requires someone who has is perhaps looking for their second role in marketing and is keen to work in a company with a marketing team that will develop their skills and look to promote within.
·Supporting the development of the online strategy
·Create develop and manage online content and review onsite engagement
·Plan and implement engaging campaigns and report on ROI
·Assist in managing ecommerce platform and identify areas for improvement
·Track and report on competitor analysis and website analysis
·Manage relationships with external marketing agencies
·Be prepared to support the marketing team with other marketing related activities as required
The ideal candidate:
·Must be able to write and edit copy
·Experience of working in a B2B environment
·Experience of running successful marketing campaigns and report on ROI
·Experience of using a CMS system and a CRM system and marketing tools such as: Dotmailer and Salesforce, Google Analytics and exposure to ecommerce websites
Qualifications & Skills:
·Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably within marketing
·Strong communications skills
·Ability to work on own initiative.
·Good organisational and prioritisation skills
