This highly regarded company is offering a significant opportunity for a Marketing Operations Director to join my clients team in this newly created role, working across a matrix organisation in a strategic and hands on role. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the development of the business. In return you can expect an excellent remuneration package.
As the Marketing Operations Director you will have a passion for data analytics and be able to use CRM tools such as Salesforce, Marketing Automation tools like Pardot or Marketo and Web Analytics tools like Google Analytics to track marketing performance.
·Connecting and managing large data sets from various platforms
·Working with the marketing leadership teams to support the smooth execution and management of integrated multi-channel campaigns
·Leading on data accuracy and compliance governance
·Create automated dashboard structure that measures the marketing team's impact and performance
·Pull together large sets of data through Business Intelligence platform such as BI or an equivalent
·Work closely with the sales leadership team providing insight
Experience and skills required
·Experience in data analytics and operations
·B2B experience in matrix organisation across marketing, business development and sales functions
·An interest or experience in technology /software products
·Experience in a marketing operations role ideally within international team
·Superb knowledge of CRM and marketing automation systems (preferably SFDC, Pardot or Marketo)
·Proven experience and understanding of automation tools such as lead scoring and routing
