This is an excellent opportunity to join a European market leader within the travel industry. Our client has a 12 month FTC which is an operational role working closely with marketing and the contact centre.

The Role:

  • You will be responsible for dealing with customer / client's queries and resolving any issues in a polite and efficient manner
  • Keeping the web content management system up to date. Loading, editing and updating all the relevant information
  • Assisting the Operations Manager with planning trips to give the staff a better understanding and enabling them to recommend suitable destinations
  • Helping the Marketing team update and edit the holiday brochures
  • Dealing with online customer feedback and using the information to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Representing the company at events and exhibitions
  • Speaking with journalist and arranging discounts and free holidays

 

Skills required:

  • Ideally fluent in French and English. Any additional European languages a bonus
  • Administration experience is essential
  • Ideally have an interest in travel
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strong customer service / people skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
