My client is in the food industry and is looking for a confident and proactive Sales/Account/Telesales Executive, with experience in the food & drink or FMCG industry, to join their team. The company is in a growth phase and offers future career opportunity.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking outbound calls and taking inbound calls from existing customers
  • Timely and regular contact, selling to customers and advising on special offers and promotions to grow market share
  • Convert new business opportunities through active prospecting
  • Maintain accounts on database and keep customer information updated
  • Contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long term success

Skills Required:

  • Great listening and communications skills via phone, live chat, email and in person
  • Experience in an account management or sales position within food or FMCG industries
  • Experience in managing new business opportunities
  • Experience managing CRM system and updating notes
  • Ability to monitor and report regularly on results and be able to review data
