My client heads up some key brands within a larger Travel group in South West London and now looking for a Marketing Analysis Manager to head up their data team during a time of growth. Managing a small team this is a senior position that is required to drive the effective performance of all Marketing efforts utilising data analysis to achieve their full potential. Duties will include
·Manage a team of 2 to deliver against data and analysis objectives to timescales.
·Build forward forecasts by individual marketing channels
·Deliver performance analysis to champion marketing payback and growth strategies using your expertise on marketing attribution and sales modelling
·Create daily, weekly and monthly reports from marketing analysis and profiling and highlight key insights
·Manage the database including GDPR compliance and strategies to maximise the addressable base
Skills and experience required
·Extensive experience in marketing attribution model building across both on and offline
·Minimum 5 years' experience with database software, SQL, google analytics and expert user of excel
·Experience in interrogating databases to understand customer and marketing behaviour
·Demonstrable experience in building successful direct marketing analysis and strategies and delivering plans across retention and acquisition
·Strong understanding of GDPR regulations
·Previous experience in managing a team with good people skills in providing direction and development
