Senior Customer Marketing Executive

Our client is a long established and well-respected financial services provider based in Central Brighton. They offer a lovely working environment with excellent onsite facilities, town centre discounts and perks, flexible working and competitive salary and benefits.

This FTC role reports to the Marketing Manager and is focused on supporting teams to help create new financial services products and propositions which will encourage customer retention.

Role overview:

  • Work with the product, marketing and digital teams, you will be assisting with the design of new financial services products and propositions (B2C).
  • Deliver content and campaigns to build brand awareness of new products and enhance customer experiences.
  • Measure activities against KPI's.
  • Manage external agencies and relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Provide a motivating approach and ensure governance of process and sign off requests.

Skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in financial services sector preferred but not essential
  • Customer engagement experience focused on producing rich media content driving brand awareness and brand loyalty
  • Experience driving engagement through direct and digital channels including direct mail and paid media
  • Previous email marketing experience generating engaging content
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns
  • Strong copywriting and proof reading skills
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent communicator and attention to detail
  • Ideally available for an immediate start
