My Client is an international B2B media and publishing market leader. They are looking for an experienced Digital Market Project / Senior Digital Product Owner to operate in a Waterfall environment, running 5-6 large scale fast paced projects at any one time. Key focus of the role isto manage and maintain the digital product development and innovation process . The majority of the projects are mobile application or API lead, therefore experience within this area would be highly desirable. This is a key role to drive though innovation and make a significant impact with the business
·Responsibility for identifying, sourcing and embedding platforms and tools as required,e.g. e-commerce solution.
·Key focus on gaining organisational buy-in, driving use and engagement and developing a business case for a fully integrated platform
·Managing the product development process from conception to post-launch analysis.
·Developing products across the product lifecycle through BAU and project deliveries
·Responsibility for the mobile app offering and proposition.
·Sourcing, managing and maintaining suppliers which are equipped to deliver against the varied business needs.
·Responsible for maintaining and continually improving a number of digital tools and
·Create clear and concise product documentation including budgets, plans, risks, issues and progress reports
·Play a key role in preparing the business for a new CMS platform
·Working across the business in a variety of different commercial teams.
·Demonstrable Experience of running fast paced Digital Marketing Projects ideally with experience of mobile applications
·Experience of dealing with more than one product at anytime
·Testing (SIT / UAT / BAT)
·Experience of building wireframes
·Strong Stakeholder engagement
·Prince 2 or similar qualification or demonstrable experience would be useful
·Ability to work to tight deadlines that cannot be moved.
This role does involve essential international travel (plenty of advance notice) about 5-6 times a year for up to one week any time.
