My client heads up some key brands within a larger Travel group in South West London and now looking for a Marketing Analysis Manager to head up their data team during a time of growth. Managing a small team this is a senior position that is required to drive the effective performance of all Marketing efforts utilising data analysis to achieve their full potential. This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package and will provide a key contribution to the ongoing growth of this Company.

Duties will include

  • Manage a team of 2 to deliver against data and analysis objectives to timescales.
  • Build forward forecasts by individual marketing channels 
  • Deliver performance analysis to champion marketing payback and growth strategies using your expertise on marketing attribution and sales modelling
  • Create daily, weekly and monthly reports from marketing analysis and profiling and highlight key insights
  • Manage the database including GDPR compliance and strategies to maximise the addressable base
     

Skills and experience required

  • Extensive experience in marketing attribution model building across both on and offline
  • Minimum 5 years' experience with database software, SQL, google analytics and expert user of excel 
  • Experience in interrogating databases to understand customer and marketing behaviour
  • Demonstrable experience in building successful direct marketing analysis and strategies and delivering plans across retention and acquisition
  • Strong understanding of GDPR regulations
  • Previous experience in managing a team with good people skills in providing direction and development
