senior internal communications Manager Duties Include:
Lead the creation and execution of the internal communications strategy aligning to the Group Plan across a diverse range of audiences, including office and field-based workers
Mentor and develop a high-performing internal communications team to support executing the strategy
Manage the delivery of precise, clear and impactful communications across all internal channels
Benchmark approaches and refine strategies based on feedback and insight
Collaborate with internal business sectors to align internal comms with their objectives and priorities
The ideal senior internal communications Manager will be:
Internal solid communications experience within a B2B and/or B2C company.
Demonstrable experience working across senior stakeholders on an IC strategy
Superb attention to detail, excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to tell a story and write across a range of IC channels
Commercially aware with ability to measure and set KPIs and report on performance
Demonstrable experience managing a team
Innovate, challenge, recommend best practice
Utilise effective measurement and evaluation tools for Continuous improvement
