They have an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Internal Communications Manager to come and further develop the function and build a strategy for internal audiences and be the focal point for all employee communications. senior internal communications Manager Duties Include: 

  • Lead the creation and execution of the internal communications strategy aligning to the Group Plan across a diverse range of audiences, including office and field-based workers

  • Mentor and develop a high-performing internal communications team to support executing the strategy

  • Manage the delivery of precise, clear and impactful communications across all internal channels

  • Benchmark approaches and refine strategies based on feedback and insight

  • Collaborate with internal business sectors to align internal comms with their objectives and priorities

The ideal senior internal communications Manager will be: 

  • Internal solid communications experience within a B2B and/or B2C company.

  • Demonstrable experience working across senior stakeholders on an IC strategy

  • Superb attention to detail, excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to tell a story and write across a range of IC channels

  • Commercially aware with ability to measure and set KPIs and report on performance

  • Demonstrable experience managing a team

  • Innovate, challenge, recommend best practice

  • Utilise effective measurement and evaluation tools for Continuous improvement
