Our client is an established organisation providing technology solutions and services to public sector organisations. Due to ongoing growth of the marketing team, they are now seeking a permanent Communications, PR & Content Manager to be based remotely and work virtually as a member of the marketing team.
Tasks:
Research and writing copy for multiple channels including press releases, commentary case studies, web content, whitepapers, and marketing campaigns
Manage PR strategy and project manage PR agency
Deal with reputation management comms, both proactive and reactive
Produce content for the marketing team for all channels including web, social, video, email
Assess the performance of Comms campaigns and content performance
Build relationships with journalists, key industry influencers, and media publications
Skills & Experience
Degree and/or PR qualification
Fluent English verbal and excellent writing skills
Demonstrable previous experience in a PR/Communications/Content role
Experience working for B2B IT / Tech provider
Experience creating content for public sector case studies ideal, not essential
Demonstrable skills in creating and posting digital content; Web, Social, Video, Email
Experience uploading content using a content management system
Digital creative skills would be ideal
Previous experience leading PR strategy, PR agency, and liaising with Journalists
