SALARY: £40,000 - £47,000 p.a.


A fast-growing Healthcare brand is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to boast their marketing current team.

Reporting to the Marketing Leader, this role will have full Digital Marketing control both strategically and tactically.

Location:

In line with company policy, this is a 100% remote role, as are all the business HQ functions now. In the future, there will be UK based travel for meetings.

Duties Include:

  • Implementation and planning for digital media strategy across PPC, SEO, Social, Video and display to ensure all campaigns are delivering on KPIs

  • Managing external Marketing agency to support on campaign across owned, earned and paid digital channels

  • Stakeholder engagement across all marketing and sales functions.

  • Management and delivery of online user journey and landing pages, working with digital agency and wider marketing team to develop creative content for all digital platforms.

  • Integrated digital marketing campaign management from conception to implementation across all channels including social, email and paid

  • CRM Management- segmentation, A/B Testing, identifying gaps and trends

  • Utilising marketing and web analytics tools including Google Adwords, SEMRush and Google Analytics to make data driven decisions.

  • Email creation and distribution platforms, plus managing and tracking effectiveness of campaigns via Google Analytics

Ideal Candidate:

  • Significant demonstrable experience in a broad digital marketing role

  • Demonstrable practical experience in keyword research, SEO management, email, and marketing database

  • Strong knowledge of marketing and web analytics tools including Google Adwords, SEMRush and Google Analytics

  • Strong data skills - daily user of Google Analytics or similar with proven track record of using digital metrics.

  • Email Marketing campaign experience with a continuous improvement strategy

  • Practical implementation of user journey and improvement of customer conversion.
