Rare opportunity for Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager with experience in the Enterprise space. A newly created role with a leading global technology business within the incentives and payments sector. The key focus will be to drive the growth of Enterprise clients through strategic marketing initiatives and build a robust ABM framework.
As the ABM Marketing Manager, you will be crucial in defining and implementing marketing strategies and plans aligned with revenue targets for new client acquisition and expanding existing accounts.
Location: This is a hybrid working pattern, two days in the offices and three days working from home. Lovely modern offices based North of Watford with on-site parking.
AS THE ABM MAnager, YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
Marketing Strategy: Define and implement marketing strategies and plans aligned with revenue targets for the Enterprise Incentives team in the UK.
ABM: Develop and deliver ABM programs to support the growth of Enterprise clients. Support the Global ABM Manager in developing and delivering the Global Strategy.
Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively engage with the enterprise sales team, global marketing, marketing and sales ops, analytics, creative, and PR teams to manage, communicate, and optimise the impact of marketing activities.
Campaign Development: Build and manage enterprise demand generation and Account-Based Engagement (ABE) campaigns across multiple channels, optimising each marketing touchpoint using BI data.
Agency Liaison: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external agencies to drive maximum ROI from outsourced campaigns.
Reporting and Analysis: Take responsibility and accountability for marketing contribution to revenue targets and broader marketing metrics.
Budget Management: Plan and manage the marketing budget for Enterprise to ensure optimisation of investments.
Best Practice: Proactively review and work within company policies, standard operating procedures, and company and legislative updates to ensure compliance and minimise business risks.
THE IDEAL abm Manager WILL HAVE:
Demonstrable B2B marketing experience.
Passion for enterprise marketing with strong ABM knowledge and experience.
Proven record of close collaboration with Sales to meet and exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
Hands-on experience with marketing technology stacks such as Dynamics 365, Marketo, 6Sense, SalesLoft etc
Analytical approach to reporting.
