B2B Sales Development Specialist

Our client works across multiple technology vendor and partner programmes, supporting demand generation and pipeline growth for leading B2B tech, SaaS, cloud, AI and ERP brands. They are looking for a B2B Sales Development Specialist to engage, nurture and qualify marketing-generated leads, working closely with partner sales teams to build a healthy, sales-ready pipeline. This is a great opportunity for a confident, multi-channel communicator who enjoys representing different technology brands and building genuine relationships with senior decision-makers.

Location: Fully remote

Salary: £35,000 base, £45,000 OTE

THE B2B SALES DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Following up and qualifying marketing-generated leads across multiple technology vendor and partner programmes.

  • Executing multi-channel outreach campaigns via phone, email, LinkedIn and other approved channels.

  • Engaging senior decision-makers and influencers to uncover business needs, projects and opportunities.

  • Nurturing prospects through structured follow-up and lead development activity.

  • Scheduling qualified meetings for partner sales teams.

  • Supporting multiple technology vendor campaigns simultaneously.

  • Maintaining campaign-aligned LinkedIn profiles and professional personas to support outreach activity.

  • Accurately updating CRM systems with lead status

THE IDEAL B2B SALES DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST WILL HAVE:

  • 2+ years' experience in multi-channel B2B lead development, sales development, demand generation, inside sales or an equivalent role.

  • Experience within technology, SaaS, cloud, AI, ERP or channel partner environments.

  • Strong telephone prospecting and lead qualification skills.

  • Experience using LinkedIn for business development and social selling.

  • Experience using AI tools to automate multi-channel outreach.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
