Brand & Executive Content Manager

Our client is seeking a Brand & Executive Content Manager to lead content development and shape the voice of their executive leadership. This is a hybrid working role with smart offices in central London.

Brand & executive content Manager Duties Include: 

  • Craft Executive Content: You will be the driving force behind speeches, blogs, and other materials for senior executives, including the CEO & CMO. Your role involves calendar management, planning, and collaboration with key stakeholders.

  • Strategy and Communication: Collaborate with the leadership team to shape the strategy and communication approach for executive leadership. Write impactful content for speeches and external messaging opportunities, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision.

  • Thought Leadership: Work alongside our VP of Brand & Comms to plan thought leadership content. Develop materials that set our discourse apart and liaise with the studio for seamless delivery.

  • Messaging for ELT: Manage and execute messaging for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), working closely with marketing teams and global PR to ensure a consistent and powerful message.

  • Employee Engagement: Foster communication, amplification, and celebration of messaging and activities through engagement with Employee Communications and Sales Enablement.

The ideal brand & executive content Manager will be: 

  • Relevant Experience: Previous experience in marketing, messaging, journalism, or related fields, preferably in software, technology or in a corporate environment.

  • Content Development: Demonstrated expertise in crafting compelling content, including speechwriting experience.

  • Effectiveness: Proven ability to assess the impact and effectiveness of messaging and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Audience Engagement: Ability to capture the interest and inspire diverse global audiences.

  • Collaborative: A knack for building strong working relationships across various teams.

  • Strong Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal English language skills; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
