My client is a market leader in the employee benefits platform arena. They allow employers to provide their employees with amazing offers and enhance wellbeing. They are currently hiring for a newly created role for a Campaign Marketing Manager to come in drive innovative campaigns to maximise acquisition and retention of the platform.
This is a complex B2BB2C dynamic, they need someone with a high degree of creativity but with a data analytical mindset. The ideal person will come from B2C campaign background, with a bias towards retention campaigns and the desire and drive to really make an impact on this flagship product area.
Location: Flexible, ideally at least one day a week in their offices near Hemel Hempstead.
CAMPAIGN MARKETING MANAGER DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
Planning and execution of multichannel integrated marketing campaigns- from concept to results with a strong focus on commercial outcome goals
Underpinning all campaign decisions with market, competitor, and customer insights.
Developing compelling content that connects product and services with the voice of the customer at the heart and using this to optimize campaign development.
Owning Customer Engagement across all channels
Tracking and reporting activity across all channels.
Managing a budget
THE IDEAL CAMPAIGN MARKETING MANAGER WILL HAVE:
Demonstrable experience delivering end to end multichannel campaigns ideally within a B2C or B2BB2C setting.
ata driven with strong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics.
Ability to drive creativity and innovation and get a thrill from doing so!
Ability to effectively work with multiple stakeholders
Hands-on experience with marketing technology stacks
A passion to try something new, learn from it and keep improving
