My client is an industry-focused B2B SAAS business with an ABM-driven product solution. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, leading brand. This role is heavily focused on driving the delivery of go-to-market activities and marketing campaigns.

Location: Basingstoke—3 days per week. The Office Is very central and easy to access by car and train. I work from home two days per week.

Duties for Marketing Manager:

  • End-to-end campaign management across multiple channels (traditional and digital)

  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budget.

  • Plan and execute full-funnel campaigns to build pipelines within identified target accounts/industries.

  • Define ideal customer profiles and develop creative, innovative, and engaging messaging.

  • Plan, execute, measure A/B tests, and brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

  • Manage campaign launch and timeline, ROI, and data-driven improvements through optimisation.

  • Define and track campaign metrics to ensure business impact measured by named account pipeline (sourced/influenced), database growth, data accuracy for named accounts, and account/person engagement scores.

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to the sales team and product team to achieve sales goals and objectives

  • Communicate campaign strategy and results with stakeholders
