They're seeking a CRM Manager to spearhead their HubSpot platform optimization during an exciting period of digital transformation. This is a strategic role where you'll work alongside industry-leading experts to build a best-in-class CRM that drives growth, insight, and exceptional customer engagement.
AS CRM MANAGER YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Own end-to-end management HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring optimal performance and data quality across all business functions
Build advanced dashboards, reports, and automations that drive business insights and operational efficiency
Establish robust data governance policies ensuring GDPR compliance and cross-functional process alignment
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Technology teams to translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, user training, and system integrations to maximize platform ROI
THE IDEAL CRM MANAGER WILL HAVE:
Minimum 4 years' proven experience managing and optimizing HubSpot Customer Platform
Strong technical understanding of data architecture, integrations and workflow automation
Experience in project management with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Background in B2B sector or regulated industries preferred
HubSpot certifications and basic development skills (Python/node.js) highly desirable
