TYPE: PERMANENT / FULL TIME

LOCATION: REMOTE

SALARY: £50,000 - £60,000 P.A.


My client is a leading brand within business data intelligence solutions, they are very well established but have re-positioned their business model. There is a huge opportunity to have an impact during this time using the power of words to map out the customer story. This role is both strategic and tactical, translating information into content that speaks to the customer, highlighting the benefits and value. The ideal person will be from B2B content writing background, who has a genuine passion for writing content.

Location: Remote can be based anywhere in UK with occasional fully expensed travel (perhaps monthly) to the office in the wider London area. 

AS THE CONTENT & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER, YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets and develop a content calendar

  • Develop a website content strategy that aligns with both the business goals and the global brand.

  • Create assets such as whitepapers, blog posts, case studies, webcasts, webinars, email cadences

  • Continuously monitor and analyse content performance metrics on social and website and make improvements accordingly.

  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout.

  • Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic.

  • Communicate content strategy and results with stakeholders

  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budget

THE IDEAL CONTENT & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER WILL HAVE:

  • Demonstrable experience as a hands-on as content writer within B2B

  • Experience with social media engagement strategies and best practices

  • Ability to use SEO optimising tools and understanding web traffic metrics.

  • Experience of building and executing B2B lead generation campaigns

  • Ability to get stuck in and collaborate with senior stakeholders.

  • Experience developing simplified messaging from complex propositions
