SALARY: £45,000 - £55,000 P.A.
My client is a growing tech business, they are looking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Responsibilities include:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns 
- Build and maintain our social media presence 
- Ownership of CRM (Salesforce) and Marketing Automation (Pardot) 
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) 
- Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on these 
- Collaborate with internal team members to create landing pages and optimise user experience 
- Use strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end prospect and customer journey across multiple channels and touch points 
- Manage and collaborate with agencies and other partners/suppliers 
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate 
Required skills and experience:
- Proven experience working in B2B digital marketing - SaaS ideally 
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns 
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate 
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels 
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) 
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns (these are run by our Digital agency; however, a solid knowledge and understanding is essential) 
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking 
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement 
- You will be a natural self-starter, highly motivated with the ability to manage your own workload
