SALARY: £45,000 - £55,000 P.A.
My client is a growing tech business, they are looking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Responsibilities include:
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Build and maintain our social media presence
Ownership of CRM (Salesforce) and Marketing Automation (Pardot)
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on these
Collaborate with internal team members to create landing pages and optimise user experience
Use strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end prospect and customer journey across multiple channels and touch points
Manage and collaborate with agencies and other partners/suppliers
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Required skills and experience:
Proven experience working in B2B digital marketing - SaaS ideally
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns (these are run by our Digital agency; however, a solid knowledge and understanding is essential)
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
You will be a natural self-starter, highly motivated with the ability to manage your own workload
