SALARY: £70,000 - £80,000 P.A.


My client is a very established complex global payments and technology business with a B2B & B2C element. They are about to launch a brand new B2B solution with the employee benefits space and are looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to build a world class marketing engine to develop awareness, demand and accelerate sales pipeline with the goal of new business and revenue.

Location: Hybrid / remote with ideally 2-3 days in the office in Hemmel Hempstead (free parking and onsite gym)

The SENIOR DEMAND GENERATION Manager Role RESPONSIBILITIES will include:

  • Demand Generation – define and execute demand generation strategies and plans for current and new products both enterprise and Transactional

  • Campaigns – end-to-end marketing campaigns management including design and execute integrated cross-channel (inc email, paid, webinars, social, events, PR etc.) with strong commercial outcome.

  • Campaign Optimisation – test, measure and improve.

  • Budget Management – plan, manage and evaluate marketing budget with a strong ROI focus

  • Stakeholder Engagement – proactively engage with a variety of teams including sales, product, digital, PR

  • Agency Liaison – develop and manage external agencies to ensure maximum ROI

  • Paid Channels – develop, execute, and optimize demand generation using paid search

  • Reporting and Analysis – responsibility and accountability for marketing lead contribution to revenue targets

the ideal SENIOR DEMAND GENERATION MANAGER will have the following skills & experience:

  • Demonstrable experience in B2B technology / Fintech sectors with demand generation or campaign marketing

  • Hands on and comfortable with Martech stacks such as Marketo and Google Analytics

  • Ability to work closely with the sales team supporting on revenue targets

  • Creative thinker that excels at multitasking in fast-paced environments
