My client is a vibrant, growing B2B tech company with a unique product focused on data analytics, targeting both C-Suite and Sales & Marketing. They are looking for a Marketing Manager with a strong bias towards demand generation tactics to join their small but highly focused and passionate marketing team. LOCATION: Offices are based near Liverpool Street Station; the expectation is you need to come into the office 4 days a week; they encourage team collaboration.

Demand generation Marketing Manager Duties Include: 

  • Leverage various digital marketing channels to create demand for the sales team.

  • Break down large scale data sets in Excel and push out marketing campaigns to – processing around 100,000 records at a time

  • Own the end-to-end process for all email marketing campaigns. Using data at the heart of everything – owning the reporting on inbound marketing activities, including building reports or dashboards.

  • Working closely with the sales team and customer success teams

  • Use test and measure tactics to drive campaign optimisation and improvement.

  • Tracking and managing activities in Salesforce, including contributing to configuration requirements

  • Experiment with a variety of digital marketing channels with the goal of converting leads into MQLs via nurture programs.

The ideal demand generation Marketing Manager will be: 

  • Demonstrable marketing experience within B2B marketing

  • Experience in running email marketing campaigns.

  • Experience of using Salesforce or a similar CRM

  • Confidence as an Excel User – able to manipulate high volume data and use pivot tables.

  • Hands-on, roll up your sleeves approach to get involved in any marketing activity to drive commercial growth.

  • Constant thirst for analytics and continuous improvement within all campaigns

  • Desire to learn and improve.
