SALARY: £50,000 - £60,000 P.A.
My client is a growing Cyber Security business; they already have a strong track record and impressive global client list. This is an exciting product with a strong proposition, they are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to be part of the exciting growth journey. Owning demand generation, you will have the freedom to test, measure and have a real impact on making a difference. Working alongside an experienced Marketing leader who is on a mission to grow this scaling business and build a best in class marketing team.
Location: Mostly remote, might be some travel once a quarter to Portsmouth
as Marketing Demand Generation Manager your Duties include:
Develop and execute short and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and sales pipeline, whilst closely monitoring conversion rates and optimizing campaigns at every stage
Manage paid media channels including search, social and retargeting
Lead A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels
Partner with product marketing and event peers to plan and deliver regular in-person events and webinars for lead generation and nurture
Work alongside product and content marketing peers develop key campaign messaging
Develop personas to target at every stage of the customer lifecycle
Partner with the BDR and sales team to ensure quality lead delivery and proper follow-up - build a consistent feedback loop for continuous improvement and optimization
Develop a comprehensive marketing automation strategy to successfully nurture leads through the buyer’s journey
Manage agency and contractor relationships, expectations, and budgets
The Ideal Demand Generation Manager will have:
Demonstrable experience of top of funnel lead generation focuses ideally within a B2B SAAS business
The desire to develop and learn and try new ideas
Strong experience using HubSpot or similar tools
