SALARY: £25,000 - £35,000 P.A. + BONUS


Our client is a recognised brand in the financial services industry. Due to ongoing growth, a permanent vacancy has arisen for a Digital Marketing Executive to join the team in a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Digital Marketing or Email Marketing or Digital Content position.

The position offers excellent scope for a Digital Marketing Executive or Email Marketing Executive to work towards a Digital Marketing Manager level.

The position offers remote working with office days negotiable each week based in their central Brighton office.

Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Executive include:

  • Creating engaging and compelling content through effective copywriting for digital channels including email, website, and social media.

  • Managing email campaigns including the design of email templates, segmenting data and eCRM planning, scheduling the email campaigns, delivery, and post campaign analysis reporting on what went well and where improvements can be made.

  • Build email templates using marketing automation tool and basic HTML.

  • Work with wider teams to align digital marketing content to brand strategy including Partnerships, Sales, PR, and Customer teams.

  • Support with monitoring market and competitor data.

  • Work with the brand marketing team to grow brand awareness and drive new acquisitions.

The ideal Digital Marketing Executive will have:

  • Fluent English written and verbal with a passion for writing engaging copy

  • Previous experience in a digital marketing position ideally including email campaign management and writing for digital channels.

  • Digital content creative skills an advantage although there is support from in-house design team and external agencies.

  • Basic HTML skills for building email templates in marketing automation tool desired.

  • Experience of using a marketing automation system such as Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, Adobe Campaign, or Eloqua desired.

  • Experience of supporting the delivery of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns desired.

  • Experience of working with CRM systems and segmenting or extracting data for campaign management.

  • Desire to work in a collaborative marketing team and develop for the long-term.
