LOCATION: HOMEBASED / MILTON KEYNES, BUCKS

TYPE: PERMANENT / FULL TIME

SALARY: £45,000 - £52,000 P.A.


My client is in the B2B/B2B2C space and is looking for a proactive digital marketing manager to join this very busy marketing team. The successful candidate will join a well established team and own their digital first strategy, driving digital marketing campaigns and digital channels.

The responsibilities as a Digital Marketing Manager will include:

  • Planning, overseeing and analysing B2B digital marketing campaigns, tools and paid media

  • Manage/mentor a small digital marketing team

  • Manage the lead generation and campaign strategy, optimise search, analyse consumer behaviours

  • Working with internal and external departments and teams and key stakeholders

  • Make key decisions based on data

  • Manage SEO and execute opportunities to improve content search ranking for key terms, managing the performance and goal-setting.

  • Manage paid media advertising campaigns and owned channels

  • Agency management

The ideal Digital Marketing Manager will have:

  • Demonstrable B2B marketing campaign management, some B2C experience useful

  • Confident user of Google Analytics and analysing data for decision making

  • Proven skills in Email automation, creating personas, and devising nurture campaigns

  • Demonstrable experience managing all digital channels (Web, landing pages, email, social media)

  • Paid media campaign management (Google Adwords)

  • Experience managing agencies

  • Experience mentoring/managing a small team
