My client is an established global software company on a fast track growth trajectory, looking for a Global Customer Marketing Director to drive retention and loyalty by building a customer engagement framework and embedding this across the business.
This is a substantial opportunity for an experienced SAAS marketer from a global customer retention driven background to make a significant impact across their Enterprise customer base and be highly rewarded for being a key player in their part in the journey.
Location & Working style: 100% Remote - travel to offices in London and other global locations -very flexible culture
AS THE GLOBAL CUSTOMER MARKETING DIRECTOR YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Core focus on building loyalty, advocacy, community and upsell/cross-sell growth.
Developing and executing a highly focused ABM strategy to increase retention and reducing customer churn
Developing and executing targeted ABM customer focused campaigns, events, and webinars to both educate and engage Enterprise customers
Collaborating with other departments and functions including Sales, Customer Success and solution consultants, product marketing, advocacy with a priority on customer retention and generating upsell pipeline.
Driving the Voice of the Customer integrated research and communication including user groups and virtual and in-person communities
Using findings to guide strategic direction and distribution of customer/product content
Understanding value proposition and messaging, adopting it for local markets and customer activities as needed.
Working with the marketing operations team to optimize each customer marketing touchpoint using data to measure renewal rates, product adoption
THE IDEAL GLOBAL CUSTOMER MARKETING DIRECTOR WILL HAVE:
Demonstrable and extensive experience within Global Customer Marketing in a SAAS ABM focused environment
Previous experience in building impactful integrated marketing programs driving customer engagement, education and upsell pipeline.
