SECTOR: TECHNOLOGY - SAAS

LOCATION: REMOTE

TYPE: PERMANENT / FULL TIME

SALARY: £65,000 - £80,000 P.A.


Our client is a US founded global SaaS organization, 500+ employees globally. Due to ongoing growth, we are hiring a permanent Global Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join the team.

You will be a member of the globally dispersed marketing team qualifying and converting marketing generated leads, driving customer conversions, and leading on messaging strategy and execution.

the responsibilities as a GLOBAL DEMAND GENERATION MARKETING manager will include:

  • Developing the prospect journey strategy with marketing automation from first contact to sales handover.

  • Working with the marketing team to define ABM strategy and drive new business, upsell and cross sell opportunities.

  • Managing and developing global onboarding and retention programs.

  • Utilizing data to identify gaps in the customer journey.

  • Partnering with Product, Content and Field Marketing to drive strategy and execution of GTM campaigns.

  • Acting as an expert user of Marketo and training others on best practices.

the ideal GLOBAL DEMAND GENERATION MARKETING manager will HAVE:

  • Demonstrable experience in software / SaaS demand generation marketing position combining both strategy and execution

  • Marketo certified or proficient experience using Marketo (or similar systems)

  • Previous experience working remotely in a fast-paced global dispersed marketing team preferred

  • Ability to qualify and convert marketing generated leads.

  • Experience driving customer conversions, and leading on messaging strategy and campaign execution.

  • Multiple marketing disciplines including; digital marketing customer journey, campaign management, SEM, CRM, data management, marketing automation, Google Analytics, campaign design, ABM, and lead conversion.

  • Strategy and ability to manager digital marketing projects.

  • A keen eye for identifying inefficiencies and a drive to make improvements.

  • Ability to thrive in identifying gaps and solutions involving various projects and people.

  • Technically savvy and enjoy deep diving into sales, customer, marketing data, marketing automation systems, and CRM systems.

  • Proactive approach and be self-driven

Location: Fully Remote - use of London office if desired.

Salary negotiable + 10% bonus, share options & benefits
