My client is the fastest growing B2BBC digital training platform offering a market distributing unique products to the technical community. They seek a Product Lead Growth Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing growth marketing strategies, managing multiple channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
This an excellent opportunity to come in and build out the growth function, including owning the marketing tech stack and defining KPIs. The ideal person will have a strong experimentation mindset with a proven track record of using growth levers.
Growth Marketing Manager Duties Include:
Strategic Growth Planning: Develop a long-term strategy to expand their audience and increase the number of potential and interested customers (TOFU & MOFU)
Effective Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels to help them achieve their lead and revenue targets.
Channel Management: Experiment with different channels and strategies to get the best results from their marketing budget.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with different teams within the company to align growth strategies, share essential metrics, and facilitate communication between sales and marketing—also, partner with the product team to enhance in-product growth.
Website Enhancement: Improve their website’s performance by setting up tracking, creating effective landing pages, optimizing for SEO, and conducting A/B tests to increase conversion rates.
Marketing Technology: Take ownership of their marketing tech stack, including tools like Webflow, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Optimizely, and Customer.io. Make necessary additions and improvements as required.
Partner with Sales: Define the process for transferring leads to the sales team and collaborate closely with them to ensure qualified leads convert into opportunities.
Cross-functional support: Collaborate with data, engineering, design, and product teams to support their growth efforts.
The ideal growth Marketing Manager will be:
Will have Demonstratable Growth Marketing Experience with a tech start-up, Ideally within a B2C2B setting with a Product Lead Growth model
Proficiency in all facets of growth marketing, including paid acquisition, email/lifecycle marketing, SEO, website management, conversion rate optimization, marketing operations, and analytics.
Be tech-savvy – Skilled in utilizing a wide range of marketing tools or quick to learn and adapt to new tools as needed.
A data-led marketer to ensure the product delivers for the customer. Testing, measuring, and optimizing are at the heart of everything.
