SALARY: £70,000 P.A.


My client is a growing reputable B2B cloud Security business; they already have a strong track record and an exciting product with a strong proposition. They are looking for a Head of Demand Generation to make an impact in their growth journey. This role gives you the freedom to test, measure and have a real effect on making a difference. Working alongside an experienced leadership team who is on a mission to grow this scaling business and build a best in class marketing team.

Ideally looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.

Location: This a full-time role, Hybrid remote – one day per week in the office in the South Reading area.

AS THE HEAD OF DEMAND GENERATION, YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Collaborating with the product and sales team to guarantee valuable lead delivery and follow-up – construct a feedback workflow in order to consistently improve and optimise campaigns throughout the journey

  • Presenting powerful, growth-motivated campaigns across USA and EMEA markets promote brand recognition, generate demand, and increase ROI and lead pipeline

  • Full management responsibilities – run workshops, develop channel partner scope, execute successful campaigns across all channels from start to finish, with the inclusion of A/B testing strategies

  • Constantly monitoring and assessing campaign and digital performance and make recommendations to improve success rates

  • Working alongside product and content marketing to develop appropriate and related campaign message proposition

THE IDEAL HEAD OF DEMAND GENERATION WILL HAVE:

  • Strong experience using automation tools such as HubSpot and SalesForce or similar

  • Drive, motivation, persistency, and ability to think ‘outside the box’

  • Previous experience with top funnel lead generation with a focus on the B2B SAAS space

  • Targeting Tech to tech would be an advantage but not essential

  • Proven experience of working with sales teams to work collaboratively towards KPIs, MQLs and SQLs

  • Demonstrable experience of building campaigns across all channels:

  • Able to manage and oversee all digital channels (Web, landing pages, email, social media)

  • Experience working for a tech start-up would be ideal

  • Digital and Channel Marketing Skills

  • Strong SEO and PPC abilities
