This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-backed, Series B stage, B2B SaaS Scale-up in a permanent, full-time Global Head of Marketing position.
The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO and join as a member of the leadership team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience and success in a Marketing Lead, Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, or CMO role, ideally at Series B stage growth within B2B SaaS / Software.
The ideal candidate will understand all the challenges that come with a Series A-B, or B-C growth phase, will be able to take command of global marketing strategy, planning, and delivery, and will thrive leading, developing, growing, and inspiring a globally dispersed marketing team (5-10).
The ideal candidate will have previous experience marketing B2B SaaS solutions to midmarket and enterprise, with international experience and prior success in driving growth in North America, USA.
A six-figure salary is negotiable, dependent on the level of matching attributes sought plus bonus and benefits package.
Location: Flexi hybrid London office-based, occasional overseas travel
Head of Marketing Duties Include:
Degree educated, MBA desirable.
Demonstrable experience leading marketing in B2B SaaS, Series B-C or equivalent sized startup.
Owned Global marketing strategy, planning, and delivery as the most senior Marketer.
Demonstrable experience managing, developing, scaling, and inspiring a multi-disciplined global marketing team (5-10).
Strong abilities in key channels: global digital, demand, and field marketing.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making and SaaS metric reporting.
Experience in marketing to midmarket and enterprise, multi-industry.
Experience expanding into the US desired with a global marketing remit.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills required.
Flexible for hybrid London working (office days with a purpose), and occasional overseas travel.
