My client is a Global scaling SAAS business serving the financial services space. They are looking for a Head of Marketing to make a strong impact by developing a high-performance team and enhancing collaboration between the sales and marketing function.
Sitting on the Senior Leadership team and reporting to the Global CMO with a strong focus on revenue growth in the UK market. This is an incredible opportunity to make a difference with the backing of a financially secure business, exceptional employer, and market leading product.
Location: London offices, ideally looking for hybrid work pattern of 2 days in the office per week.
The HEAD OF MARKETING’S Role RESPONSIBILITIES will include:
Leading the Marketing Team with a focus on growth and retention;
Promoting ethos of best in class, centred around commercial outcomes;
Developing strong collaboration and partnership between sales and marketing;
Leading marketing strategy development and execution for the UK Markets, scope for developing into Europe;
Leveraging Data analytics to evaluate and optimise ROI of marketing activities;
Building robust and influential relationships with senior leaders across the business;
Injecting innovation and continuous improvement into marketing activities.
the ideal HEAD OF MARKETING will have the following skills & experience:
Demonstrable experience within B2B SAAS and ideally with an understanding of the UK financial services industry;
Commercially focused results orientated comfortable working in fast paced environment;
Strong collaboration skills with ability to bring a team and internal stakeholders together to maximise opportunities;
Proven team leadership experience of motivating, developing and maximizing your teams performance capability.
