My Client is a fast growth global B2B business with an exceptional track record of success. They have a unique proposition and operational functionality that has given them the opportunity to scale very quickly using a strong global merchant affiliate network . They are on a mission to continue their upward growth trajectory and have strong investment backing,
Location: Fully Remote can be based anywhere in the UK but will need to attend meetings in London
Duties Include:
Part of the Senior Leadership Team,
Managing and mentoring a small team
Own, develop and deliver the global merchant affiliate network to drive revenue growth and meet business targets
Manage the relationship with key merchants, maximising their promotion and marketing
Re engaging underperforming merchants and devising a programme to support and enhance their performance.
Managing the full life acquisition cycle for new merchants - from identifying key global segments, integrated campaign management, market positioning, measuring results and continuous improvement.
Development of thought leadership strategies
Provide in depth reporting, analysis and insight to relevant stakeholders, highlighting the story behind actual and forecasted performance
Ideal Person:
Demonstrable experience with leading a global merchant or affiliate network to drive business performance in a B2B to B2C context.
Track record of using data and market insight to identify use business opportunities in emerging countries.
Experience of operating with a Senior leadership capacity in fast paced, ambitious environment
Flexible roll sleeves up approach
Ability to coach a passionate but junior team
