This role is suitable for a candidate with good technical knowledge and data management skills. The ability to extract data, using programming languages such as SQL and know how to organise the information they’ve pulled is required. This position is part of a Global Marketing team with colleagues based worldwide.
Location: The role is remote and can be based in Spain or the UK.
The Marketing Analytics Manager is responsible for configuring, maintaining and delivering insights on marketing performance and effectiveness. This will involve determining key performance indicators and collecting and analysing data to report campaign success. A key responsibility is the development and rollout of an integrated analytics framework that enables stakeholders to assess marketing performance quickly and easily.
Your Responsibilities as the MARKETING ANALYTICS MANAGER will include:
Design, configure, build, deliver and maintain an integrated and robust marketing analytics framework that enables stakeholders to assess marketing performance quickly and easily;
Review, adjust and optimise our data capture and management processes to enable reliable analytics;
Provide insights on marketing campaign performance and return on investment;
Analyse data and present trends, insights and strategic recommendations;
Create and monitor reporting dashboards;
Offer guidance on measurement and goals for marketing teams across the organisation;
Be the go-to person about campaign technical setup;
Train and support colleagues in the adoption and use of analytics tools and processes.
The Ideal MARKETING ANALYTICS MANAGER will have:
Degree in computer science, data processing or data engineering is required. Additional qualifications in digital marketing or communications is beneficial.
Minimum 3 years of experience with data visualisation tools such as SAP Cloud Analytics, Domo and Tableau is required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce reporting and analytics is required.
Advanced Excel skills (eg: pivot tables, VLookUps) and competency in MS Office
Must be comfortable with the processes behind data mining, modelling and management, as well as strategic planning
Strong soft skills, including communication, presentation and leadership abilities
Fluent in English is a must
