LOCATION: HOMEBASED / CRAWLEY, WEST SUSSEX

SALARY: £20,000 - £25,000 P.A.


An exciting opportunity for a Marketing Graduate with at least one year of marketing work experience (either direct work experience or through working in a graduate scheme) to join a global organisation that produces healthcare, nutrition, and beauty products sold direct to consumers in retail, supermarkets, and online marketplaces.

A multifaceted Marketing Assistant role, you will work across multiple health, nutrition, and beauty brands with both digital and direct marketing activities.

The Marketing Assistant Role:

  • Support the Brand Marketing team to create marketing materials, reports, and presentations for retailers.

  • Input and update product performance data using online retail reporting system.

  • Support the creation of marketing content working with the in-house creative design team.

  • Manage and monitor social media channels.

  • Copywriting for brand websites, blogs, social media, Amazon listings, and press releases.

  • Work with external PR agencies and journalists to build brand awareness and assist on TV commercials

  • Support operational teams to trial and deliver new products to market.


Skills & Experience Required for Marketing Assistant:

  • Marketing or related degree/qualification

  • At least 1 year demonstrable experience in marketing, internship or graduate scheme

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Fluent English written and verbal with strong copywriting skills

  • Ability to analyse data and create reports and presentations

  • Ideally seeking a career path in brand management with a high focus on digital brand marketing activities

  • Keen to work with health, nutrition, and/or beauty consumer products

  • Previous experience managing social media, influencers, and/or bloggers
