Location: Reigate or Manchester area – 2 hybrid in the office
Marketing automation Manager Duties Include:
Lead the forecasting and planning of lead generation, pipeline analysis, and conversion metrics to support commercial objectives.
Design, build, test, and refine marketing-led email nurture and outbound sales campaigns to drive leads and MQLs.
Collaborate with the content and creation team to build/modify HTML templates for email campaigns.
Track, report, and provide recommendations for optimization based on data analysis, including lead generation, conversion rates, CAC, and ROI.
Manage the email calendar and cadence to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Champion our MarTech platforms: HubSpot CMS, HubSpot CRM, and Marketing Automation tools.
Be agile and address ad hoc marketing needs of the sales team.
Maintain data integrity and compliance regulation reports.
Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to refine lead-to-customer conversion processes.
Work on list decay and unsubscribes while enhancing email send productivity.
Develop documentation and roadmaps for continuous learning and optimization.
The ideal Marketing automation Manager will be:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Email Marketing, preferably with a fast-growing B2B SaaS enterprise software company.
Sound business judgment, strong analytical skills, and a track record of data-driven analysis.
Well-organized with the ability to structure and prioritize work effectively.
Dynamic problem-solving skills and thrive in an ever-changing environment.
Curious, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally. •
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and HubSpot.
