Do you have experience within a large global matrix organisation in a demand generation or campaign marketing role within the Tech/Software industries?
Then this Marketing Campaign Manager could be the role for you.
We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager who thinks strategically, possessing a strong ability to develop, lead and execute an integrated end-to-end campaign strategy that supports the business objectives and delivers the right mix of physical and digital tactics to increase pipeline and create new leads. This extends from applying analytics to better profile, target and retarget prospects through to dynamically adapting campaigns to deliver higher quality responses and improve conversions rates.
The Marketing Campaign Manager role:
Define and own the strategy for end-to-end integrated campaigns inclusive of events, digital, social and nurture
Apply an experimentation mindset to marketing campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimize. Continuously conduct A/B testing across all channels
Working closely with the wider team evolve campaign messaging that supports go-to-market themes, ensuring that these messages are distributed to the right audiences at the right time across various marketing channels and global regions.
Oversee the execution plan and ensure deployment of campaigns across all the geographies
Establish and monitor the lead management plan for all tactics – webinars, events, etc. and adjust campaign tactics to improve response volume and quality
Define and lead the Paid Media and Content Syndication plan
Prepare and manage the marketing budget allocated to the campaign
The ideal Marketing Campaign Manager will have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent marketing related qualification
Previous B2B marketing experience in software/tech Experience with Marketo and Salesforce software
Expert understanding of the marketing mix; highly proficient in building campaigns
Strong project management skills; excellent communicator who has the ability to successfully coordinate the efforts of multiple teams to quickly take projects from ideation to launch
Experience within Global matrix organisation is essential
