THE MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Develop a marketing strategy that delivers regular, effective multi-channel customer engagement whilst driving performance across product and sales activity.
Oversee marketing and communications activity to ensure brand identity and positioning is consistent and fit for purpose.
Review marketing and campaign reporting to facilitate insights, drive performance, and enable strategic decisions.
Liaise with sales, product, and leadership teams to integrate products/services into messaging and marketing activities.
Determine appropriate channels to bring products to market and grow the business.
Work with teams to map target customer segments, requirements, and pain points.
THE IDEAL MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER WILL HAVE:
Minimum 3 years of marketing experience with high attention to detail.
Ability to work across multiple teams and immerse themselves in the business.
Good grasp of numbers/structuring due to technical subject matter.
Energy experience is nice to have but not required.
Experience with large industrial/commercial customers is a benefit.
