MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

SALARY: £60,000 - £65,000 P.A.

Location: West London – Hybrid Working 3:2 and Flexi working 

THE MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Develop a marketing strategy that delivers regular, effective multi-channel customer engagement whilst driving performance across product and sales activity.

  • Oversee marketing and communications activity to ensure brand identity and positioning is consistent and fit for purpose.

  • Review marketing and campaign reporting to facilitate insights, drive performance, and enable strategic decisions.

  • Liaise with sales, product, and leadership teams to integrate products/services into messaging and marketing activities.

  • Determine appropriate channels to bring products to market and grow the business.

  • Work with teams to map target customer segments, requirements, and pain points.

THE IDEAL MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER WILL HAVE:

  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience with high attention to detail.

  • Ability to work across multiple teams and immerse themselves in the business.

  • Good grasp of numbers/structuring due to technical subject matter.

  • Energy experience is nice to have but not required.

  • Experience with large industrial/commercial customers is a benefit.
