My client is a fast-paced, high-growth scaling social entertainment tech business. They are looking for their 1st full-time Marketing Manager- they have a fractional CMO who can mentor and bounce ideas with. The Marketing Manager will be Hands-on, responsible for managing all marketing output within the business and working to a budget, leveraging freelance and external support when needed. A greenfield opportunity for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to come in and develop an “added-value” marketing function with the scope to scale a team as the company continues to grow.
Location: Remote 1st, but travel for meetings to regional offices in London and Kent.
Marketing Manager Duties Include:
Own ‘top of funnel’ lead generation and track the success of marketing activities.
Create, develop and implement a marketing strategy for individual products and our overall brand.
Create campaigns and programs that effectively communicate the benefits of our products to potential customers.
Manage the production of sales collateral.
Build and manage our media and customer resource libraries.
Work with the internal team and external agencies to deliver SEO-optimised content for our website.
Manage our social channels, media and PR to put consistent, relevant messaging about our products and company into the marketplace.
Manage customer communications to ensure awareness of system updates, best practice guides etc.
Organise and plan trade events and product launches.
The ideal Marketing Manager will be:
Experienced in a B2B marketing manager role who is excited by technology and loves games!
Super organised and great at managing stakeholders
Able to demonstrate a track record of end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns with metrics with commercial outcomes.
Experienced leveraging a Martech stack and tools to benefit from automation and streamline processes
