My client is a B2B MSP SaaS business with a growing UK team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a small team that is looking to have a significant impact and drive growth and is a newly created role. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that promote the brand, creates demand, and generate leads.

Location: Hybrid working – approx. 2 days per week in Central London office.
Marketing Manager Duties Include:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, email, direct marketing, social media, and content marketing.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, track KPIs, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Organise and coordinate in-house events and webinars to engage prospects, clients, and industry professionals. Research key industry trade shows, conferences etc., to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Develop compelling and engaging content, including website copy, blog posts, videos, whitepapers, sales enablement materials, and case studies.
Contribute to the company’s online presence, including SEO optimisation and social media platforms.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all marketing channels and communications.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives.
The ideal Marketing Manager will be:
3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the IT services or SaaS industry.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Proven experience in demand and lead generation programs including ABM techniques
Strong experience with Salesforce CRM or similar and Hubspot email automation system or similar
Strong copywriting skills.
Proficient in using analytic tools to measure and analyse marketing performance.
Experience with SEO strategies and tactics.
