My client is a B2B FTSE software SaaS company and on an exciting growth plan. This role is responsible for driving marketing operations readiness as part of a Cloud/SAAS Transformation Programme. This person will help to define the short and long-term requirements for marketing technologies needed to support this initiative. This is a global role that reports into the Director and actively collaborates across other relevant teams and leadership and a fantastic opportunity to join a great team! This is a hybrid working role where we anticipate the successful candidate to go into the London office approx. once a week.
The Marketing Operations Manager Role:
Reviewing and defining key milestones, gaps and obstacles within their marketing technologies
Develop and implement processes to support identified marketing technologies
Manage execution against agreed strategy, objectives and plan
Project Management, define the strategy development and objectives needed in the evolution of marketing technologies from present to future Cloud-centric marketing
Execute and communicate to the relevant inidiviudals/teams all planning, progress monitoring and reporting against objectives and plan.
Skills Required for the Marketing Operations Manager Position:
Proven background in marketing operations of SaaS business
Experience in integrating technologies stacks: Salesforce, Marketo with other technologies (familiarity with Gainsight is a plus)
Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team/international capacity (experience in a matrixed environment is a plus)
Highly analytical thinking and problem solving
Strong background in business analytics, measurements and dashboards
Process oriented, ability to manage different projects & initiatives and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Change management skills to drive new processes and cultural changes
Excellent communication skills - there is a heavy amount of presenting ideas in this role
