Marketing Data Manager
£40,000-£45,000 pa + bonus 15%
Hybrid – 1-2 days office based – Travelcard Zone 6
We are excited to be supporting our client to hire an experienced Marketing Data Manager.
The successful Marketing Data Manager candidate will oversee all data systems - organisation, storing of data, and analysis of data with GDPR and confidentiality in mind. A key member of the CRM and Marketing team, you will be the lead on customer behaviour insight and analysis and be responsible for all data requests.
The Marketing Data Manager position would suit a specialist in Database Marketing, CRM, Marketing Analytics, or Marketing Data and Insights.

Duties of the Database Marketing Manager will include:
Management of customer and marketing data including GDPR compliance and actions, data permission management, and ensuring third party data processing contracts are compliant.
Manage data customer touch points from enquiry to reaching the CRM.
Drive data collection strategy and recommendations to improve and enhance.
Oversee database protection and security breaches and/or data loss.
Oversee the integrity of customer data.
Support marketing in the segmentation of customer data and the analysis of data such as customer journey. buyer behaviours, retention, marketing channels etc.
The ideal Database Marketing Manager will have:
Demonstrable experience in a role responsible for customer and marketing data.
Advanced Excel.
Good understanding and able to apply data protection regulations and GDPR.
Experience with deep-diving CRM and marketing campaign databases to analyse customer and marketing behaviour
A passion for data and understanding customer buyer behaviours.
Enjoys working as part of a team and able to confidently contribute and implement recommendations and strategies. A confident speaker and thrives in working with multiple stakeholders across marketing, data, compliance, and senior management.
Experience with Google Analytics and marketing automation system such as Hubspot or similar.
Experience with Python based open-source automation framework would be ideal.
Statistical score modelling experience for analysing customer behaviours.
