SALARY: £50,000 - £60,000 P.A.


My client is a large, global, B2B technology and SaaS company on a very exciting growth plan.  This role will join a global marketing operations and readiness team supporting on a long-term, Cloud and SaaS Transformation Programme. The successful Marketing Operations Manager will help to define the requirements for marketing technologies, be involved in key marketing operations database projects and support marketing teams with day-to-day marketing automation tasks.

This is a global role reporting to the Marketing Operations Director and actively collaborates across other relevant teams globally. The position would be ideal for either an experienced Marketing Operations Manager seeking to work for a leading technology company which offers flexibility, competitive salaries, strong benefits and career development opportunities, or, the role could be designed for a Marketing Operations Executive seeking a next step up and development.

The Marketing Operations Manager Role will include:

  • Working as a member of the global marketing operations team supporting on key marketing operations projects, and supporting teams to get the best from their marketing automation tools including Salesforce and Marketo.

  • Project manage various key marketing operations projects to support the evolution of marketing technologies from present to future Cloud-centric marketing.

  • Executing and communicating to the relevant teams on all planning, progress monitoring and reporting against objectives and plans.

  • Operating as a key member of the team and providing feedback, recommendations, and playing a role in both strategy and execution of marketing operations across the business. 

the ideal Marketing Operations Manager will have:

  • Proven background in marketing operations, ideally in a technology and/or software SaaS environment.

  • Experience working with Salesforce and Marketo, supporting the use by marketing teams, and integrations with other technologies (tools such as Gainsight).You prefer working in a remote, collaborative, global team and experience in a global matrix environment is preferred. Highly analytical thinking and problem solving

  • Skilled in analytics, measurements and dashboards

  • Process oriented, ability to manage different projects and initiatives, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Change management skills to help to drive new processes and cultural changes

  • Excellent communication skills - there is a high level of global video calls and stakeholder management in this role.

  • Remote - use of London office as desired 

  • Salary negotiable dependent on experience from £45,000-£60,000
