We are excited to be supporting our client to hire a permanent Marketing Operations Manager. The successful Marketing Operations Manager will join a global marketing operations team, supporting regional marketing teams with a variety of tasks spanning marketing automation, data management, and integrations of cloud platforms including Salesforce and Marketo.

The position is ideal for either an experienced Marketing Operations Manager seeking to join a global technology organization offering flexi working and career development, or, an existing Marketing Operations Executive looking for the next step up in a global leading tech company.

The successful Marketing Operations Manager will enjoy a high level of flexibility supporting on key projects and automation tasks, the opportunity to work with an established global marketing operations team (UK & USA based team members), and working cross-functionally in a global team.

the ideal Marketing Operations Manager:

You will have previous experience in marketing operations / marketing automation and skills in Salesforce and Marketo ideally (similar systems experience will also be considered).

You will enjoy working as part of a global matrix team and thrive in a remote working role (or you can use the London office as desired). You are highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, an excellent communicator, and a natural problem solver who enjoys investigating user pain points and driving forward solutions. You will have experience project managing stakeholders and marketing operations tasks and working via video calls with UK and US teams

The Marketing Operations Manager Role will include:

  • Collaborating with global teams and stakeholders managing marketing operations, data, and marketing automation projects.

  • Work closely with campaign, marketing, customer success and sales teams with software automation projects, integrations, and use of data for enhanced market insights and retargeting efforts.

  • Be a pivotal team member in driving digital transformation projects forwards.

  • Project manage deliverables by effectively communicating, providing guidance, and gathering resources from global team members.

the ideal Marketing Operations Manager will have the following skills & experience:

  • Previous experience in managing or supporting the management of marketing operations projects.

  • Experience working in a technology, cloud / software business preferred.

  • Experience supporting on data strategy and data management projects.

  • Experience with supporting teams with marketing automation and supporting on the integration of marketing and sales platforms.

  • Skills using Marketo and Salesforce preferred, similar marketing technology experience will be considered

  • Strong analytical ability – data analysis, dashboard reporting etc

  • Experience in programme management and/or project management an advantage.

  • Excellent communication skills – remote working globally dispersed corporate organization.

  • Change management, self-motivation, autonomous working, driving collaboration are all key attributes we are seeking.

ADDITIONAL ROLE INFORMATION:

  • Salary negotiable from £45,000-£60,000 pa + 10% bonus & excellent benefits package
