They are seeking a strategic Marketing and Sales Manager to own their go-to-market strategy, drive user acquisition, and scale their platform across B2C and B2B markets in the UK and Western Europe.

This is a unique opportunity to join at ground level and shape the commercial success of a next-generation platform with genuine social impact.

AS marketing and sales manager YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and go-to-market strategy targeting UK and Western European audiences

  • Identify target market segments and optimal promotional channels across B2C, B2B, EdTech, and HR sectors

  • Create an actionable roadmap for user growth, scaling, and commercialisation, including lead generation and strategic partnerships

  • Conduct competitive analysis and guide pilot rollouts with partnership opportunities

  • Own the ROI  metric and provide data-driven recommendations to improve platform performance continuously


THE IDEAL marketing and sales manager WILL HAVE:

  • Based in the UK with deep experience in marketing to UK/Western European audiences

  • 4+ years in EdTech, SaaS, HR-related products, or learning platform marketing

  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling tech platforms

  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns, PR, and product launches

  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with remote and technical teams
