Our client is a long-established global B2B SaaS organisation going through an exciting growth transformation. Due to ongoing growth of the business, we are supporting the recruitment of a newly created, permanent Global Sales Operations & Enablement Manager to join the commercial team.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvements to their sales and account management processes, best practice utilisation of sales and CRM tools, and utilisation of their chosen sales methodology by the regional sales and account management team members..
Location: Largely remote with occasional key meets at the office in West London.
SALES ENABLEMENT MANAGER DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
Driving continuous improvements in sales and account management processes and success.
Work with regional sales team members (global) in driving enhanced use of their sales and CRM tools and chosen sales methodology.
Coaching sales on how to better utilise tools, processes, and sales coaching on areas such as value propositions and pipeline.
Drive the sharing of best practices with the sales organisation.
Identify sales team pain points with processes and systems and help to identify and develop solutions.
Using data gathered by the sales operation analyst, work with the commercial team on identifying ways to accelerate sales growth.
Work with content and marketing to support the effectiveness and sharing of content used in sales tools.
With the Head of Commercial, support the review and development of sales commission scheme ensuring it aligns with changes made to sales processes.
Provide reporting on effectiveness of changes to sales ops and/or adoption of new tools.
The ‘go to’ for driving user adoption in sales and account management.
Support the continued improvement to sales data integrity.
Reporting on sales operations and outcomes at senior level.
Supporting the successful adoption by sales of new tools and technologies.
Drive improvements to value propositions and identify ways to simplify processes.
THE IDEAL SALES ENABLEMENT MANAGER WILL HAVE:
Demonstrable experience in a sales operations, sales enablement, and coaching
Proven experience coaching and supporting global sales and account management teams in continuous improvement in the use of CRM, sales tools, and sales methodology.
Experience working in a B2B global SaaS / Software organisation preferable.
Experience supporting the coaching of globally dispersed sales individuals.
Project or programme management in change and transformation environment.A strong communicator ideally worked at senior level and daily with people from different countries and cultures.
Experience coaching on best use of MS Dynamics CRM (Or similar CRM), Salesforce (Or similar), and Outreach sales tool.
Understanding of MEDDIC sales methodology would be an advantage.
Ability to interpret sales ops data and make commercial decisions with senior team
Reporting skills and good use of systems.
Able to work remotely and flex your time to working with sales members in different regions and time zones (not overly early or late, within the typical UK working hours).
