LOCATION: HOMEBASED / LONDON

TYPE: PERMANENT / FULL TIME

SALARY: £110,000 - £135,000 P.A.


My client is an exceptional growing global business within B2B eCommerce SAAS space.

They are looking for a VP of Marketing to guide the business through their next stage of growth. Managing the marketing team and taking full ownership of the marketing function, this is a challenging yet excellent opportunity to impact the company.

The focus of this role is to ensure successful development of the marketing function, by understanding the pain points and using data to hit business goals. They are looking for a self-starter who is willing to take on the responsibility to improve and develop themselves, the business, and their team.

Location: Hybrid- mix of remote and in the central London office

Role Responsibilities:

  • Working as part of the Senior Leadership Team to drive business growth;

  • Manage, mentor and develop a small but passionate marketing team;

  • Lead the development of the company's corporate positioning and brand;

  • Oversee the Product Marketing function and execution of the company's Go-To-Market strategies;

  • Oversee the Demand Generation and be accountable for the development and implementation of all marketing programs and campaigns including audience targeting, messaging, lead generation, online marketing, lead nurturing and delivery of MQLs to Sales;

  • Own the marketing budget and ensure maximum benefit is delivered and that all key marketing objectives are achieved;

  • Capture and track market insights and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions;

  • Establish and manage marketing tech stack including Hubspot, SalesForce and the website CMS.

Ideal Person:

  • Demonstrable Experience within B2B SAAS within marketing and senior management roles;

  • Strong all around experience across all marketing functions including Product Marketing, Demand Generation and Branding;

  • Proven decisive and forward-thinking decision making abilities;

  • Driven, focused, results orientated but still having the ability to be humble;

  • Experience of building high performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
